Life sucks sometimes but you need to get back on the horse if you fall off. I have fallen off BIG time but I am ready to get back on!
My goal is to get into the low 150's and then re-evaluate from there...I will take it one pound at a time...1 pound can be a small victory!
Some things have changed though...I am now back at working teaching Pre-k. I have to tell you though that I am so focused at work. I take my healthy lunch with me and snack very rarely while I am there. I made it to the gym 4 out of the 5 days last week. My problem falls when I leave work...my afternoons are chaotic to say the least and they are only going to get worse before they get better. The last 2 weeks have been ok. I would get home and make sure Riley was settled. Then I would change into my workout clothes, go get Haili, get her settled then head of to the gym. I was there by 4 and home by 5...easy huh...well...
This coming week and the months ahead are tough...Riley is ok. He can get him self home and settled. He is going to be starting drama club but he can still get himself home from there. We live two seconds from his school...Riley also wants to start going to the gym!!! I think he and I might get a trainer we can share...they let you do that at our gym.
Haili on the other hand has a lot going on...Gems starts this week and that is on Wednesdays. Gems is every other week. Then she has soccer practice on Thursdays....just wait it gets worse before it gets better...she has soccer games on Saturday mornings and riding in the afternoon...not to bad...she does well with it...but in October she also starts saddle club at the stables where she rides...urgh...thank goodness soccer ends at the end of October!
So somehow I need to find time to get to the gym! I WILL get to the gym even if I have to drive Haili around all stinky and sweaty!
I will lose this weight and I will live a better life! I feel SO much better than I did a year ago when I started all of this! So.....
I am putting this out there so that I can hold myself accountable again...
If you made it this far...here is the sneak peek for the new season of the Biggest Loser...I CAN NOT wait! Here is a link in case it doesn't work:
